I think Dad would be pleased that we added the red cedar shakes as a strengthening cover in 1998. They have weathered well and now adds that rustic tough to this cozy little cottage by the lake. The trim has been repainted royal blue, which is the way it was 61 years ago. Yes, this little cottage is part of our family history and holds a lot of happy memories for me. I'm sure it's unique lovable character will shine through for you as well. Come and make some of your own family history at the Jervis Bay. |
